Returns + Exchanges

 

BEFORE YOU RETURN...

Please Read ALL of the return criteria listed below before initiating a return.
If ANY of the criteria are not met, no refund will be issued and the item(s) will not be returned to the customer.
*NO EXCEPTIONS*

 

Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 15 DAYS of the order being received. If it has been longer than 15 days, your return will NOT be accepted. 

Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, which means:

  • It is free of any deodorant, makeup marks, fragrances and perfumes
  • Tags are still attached
  • It has NOT been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stained or damaged in anyway

 

RETURN FOR REFUND:

We strive to make returns easy! When returning for store credit, you will be provided with a free pre-paid return label. Upon receiving your return you will receive a refund to your original payment method in the amount that you spent minus your original shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee.

Orders placed with store credit or a gift card cannot be refunded to any other payment method- they can only be refunded back to the gift card. 

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 If you have a change of heart about your purchase please email us within an hour of placing your order to cancel. Any time beyond that and we cannot offer an order cancellation. 

 

SALE ITEMS:

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned

 

EVENT & RETAILER PURCHASES:

  • All items sold at events are final sale. 
  • We do not accept returns for items purchased from our retailers, if you need to return an item purchased from a retailer please directly contact the retailer you purchased from for information on their exchange/return policies.
